At CrossCountry CRE, we realize the key to continued success lies in developing strong leadership. To ensure the challenges of the future are met, we’ve created the Management Development Program. This is a comprehensive program to nurture the future leaders of tomorrow. Individuals with strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service are prime candidates for this program.
While new associates are placed in predetermined divisions during the recruitment process, the Management Development Program offers a broad look into the CrossCountry CRE operation. Held at our corporate headquarters, the Management Development Program is broken into two Phases.
In Phase I, the Management Associates will learn about the CrossCountry CRE core industry-specific business development strategy with both classroom training and hands-on experience in each department. Professional development, team-building exercises, and direct client interaction are a part of the program. Management Associates also benefit from invaluable exposure and guidance from CrossCountry CRE’s senior management. Upon completion of Phase I, Management Associates will receive division-specific training during Phase II prior to being placed in their position.
